Has anyone come across any basic call centre system that not Xima/ACR?
We need a system that agents can take note about the calls they receive or make, show up if they call back in again etc.
Report on notes/reason codes.
We know the ACR/Xima can do this, but with the number of issues we had with this in terms of bugs, and faults, we wanted to see if there was any other system out there that can do this.
