Basic Call Centre System

Has anyone come across any basic call centre system that not Xima/ACR?

We need a system that agents can take note about the calls they receive or make, show up if they call back in again etc.
Report on notes/reason codes.

We know the ACR/Xima can do this, but with the number of issues we had with this in terms of bugs, and faults, we wanted to see if there was any other system out there that can do this.

IMHO taking notes into calls or adding reason codes is not basic at all. That is something only real call centre software will offer and cheaper than Xima (and at the same time as well supported) is not easy to find and I am not sure of any. I am not sure if Oak has the notes options but I am sure you can get in contact with them and ask them. Those are the only 2 I have come across over the years.
