Basic ACD Reports

I don't have Meridian Max, Symposium or any other 3rd party ACD reporting system.

Is there a way to print out raw ACD statistics for individual ques on the Meridian 1? If so, how (what load)do I print statistcs?

In ld 23 the is a prompt called SCB which you can set up to print out basic ACD reports

Also, you have to have a TTY device with USR = ACD. You will also have to set the RPRT option to YES for each ACD DN you want to report on. This is also done in LD 23.

When setting up the SCB block you will be prompted for the Port number. There are four reports that can be scheduled,
Report 1 = Agent Group
Report 2 = ACDDN
Report 3 = RAN
Report 4 = Agent Positions.
