Hi. I´ve noticed that our system has a weird problem with base stations BS330. The problems have increased during last months. They were mixed accidentaly with some chinese software version. I don´t know if it has relationship with the problems. The base stations were constantly in failure and don´t work anymore. The only thing to do is change the bases and it works as usually it does in a perfect system.
Anyone here has experience with base stations? I´m using bases BS330 and our System release is BC11 Sp8. It keeps happening and the alarm 349 is always started.
The cards were replaced at a first time and the problem hardly happens with bases that have been replaced.
Thanks.

Hi,

don't know about the BS problems but I strongly advise you to have your system upgraded to SP14 since there are a LOT of fixes concerning mobilty. how many lims do have in your system?

What You See Is What You Get

If the lower LED goes out, then you have a hardware fault in the base. The only remedy is to replace the base. No need for any SP updates for this particular problem.

My system has 5 lims. The lower led really goes down and we know that is a real problem. But the most important thing to us at moment is the knowledge of why it is so frequent.

Perhaps take a look at the synchronisation of the BS and PBX.

fellicciano,

can you provide following printouts :

cxcfp:fpi=all;
CNBIP:BRDID=108,LIM=ALL;

Cheers,
Daddy
