Bartender Option Not Available Under Job Code Maintenance

OK...probably a dumb question, but why is the Bartender option greyed out under the Table Service tab in Job Code Maintenance?

You need to select the means of ringing up orders...tabs or tables. This is in the same area the grayed out bartender selection is.
