Bars problem please help!

opt-61c 4.5. having trouble with trunk to trunk transfer CFW to a LD cell phone, this works station to station and it goes, inbound to local calls and it goes inbound and out to one long distance number only witch is 903 it is just out side the metro area all other LD numbers don't get past the RLB witch is RLI 4. The numbers that work takes the same RLI as all other LD #'s that don't work. Inbound loop 14 15 outbound LD loop 20 RT 1.

I can attach any print out's if any one need's them for more info.

Just for testing

programm an acdn DID number or DID range and night call forward to a certain cellphone number and try to dial from outside using your DID number.Give me the result.

in your cdb, you need option cff.. that gives ncos control to the forwarding station.. default if cfo, that give ncos control to the originating party.. the ncos of the inbound trunk is not letting you complete the call
