Guys,
we did a circuit upgrade and any RLI that was routed through RLI 18 now has to be routed to the new RLI 10?
What is the steps to change these?

at ENTR enter 0 then enter
go down to route change route.

if you disable the trunks in route 18, it's switched.. entry 1 uses route 10, the in 87 delete entry 0

To remove an ENTR, in this example remve ENTR 0

RLI 60
ENTR X0 <---------- "x" before the ENTR number

You can have ENTRs 1,4,5,8,9.... whatever....and numeric order. Do not have to be 0,1,2,3 ... but that is MUCH safer for one who cannot take risk while learning

my point being if you need to delete ENTR 0 but leave ENTR 1, there is no need to change 1 to 0 - but if you use AUTH codes, you MUST know what prompt has to change at the end. Igf you don't - ask
