Hi guys,

needs some advice.. i have a analogue trunk which connects to a tannoy system. i have set the analogue trunk access code to 800. so basically when the user dials 800 it connects to the tannoy and allows you to place a tannoy announcement. The problem is i would like to bar only certain users to dial the TAC.. is there anyway which prevents a normal end user to stop them dialing the trunk access code.

any advice would be appreciated.

thanks

On the first page of the trunk group form set dial access to N
see below:
Dial Access? y

You also can change the TAC code to 801 or something

Hope this helps

Sorry Forgot to include. Set the FRL of the stations and trunk so only a certain FRL level can use the trunk.

Hope this makes sense now Don't change dial access field.
