BAOF service hangs on Windows2003

Hi all,
Brightstor ARCserve 2000 installed on Windows 2003 Server with Backup Agent for Open Files (BAOF). ARCserve works fine, but the BAOF service will not start :(
Installed SP5 and registered the products.... any idea?

ARCserve 2000 isn't supported on Windows 2003. BAOF will have problems on Windows 2003.
