BAOF produces system crash

Hi all,

I have a problem with BAOF. I configure a group to backup a directory database. When I start the backup ofant.exe produces a memory dump.

I discover that the problem only occurs when in the same system I have BAOF and Veritas StorageCentral (a soft quota manager). If I uninstall Veritas StorageCentral the problem not occur, but i need to use the two software in the same server.

Can anyone help me?

You can try applying the latest ARCserve patches (you didn't mention what version you are using). If that doesn't work you'll need to contact CA support.

I applied all latest patches. I use ARCServer 11.1. I tryed loadinf OFA before and after Veritas StrogeCentral. The problem persist.

I'm trying resolve the problem with CA support.
