We have a Win2K Professional machine connected to a Novell 4.2 server. A print server is running on the server with an HP Laserjet 6P configured on LPT1 of the server through a print queue. Whenever we print from the Win2K machine, we get a banner(a page showing user details and queue details) printed in the beginning of each print job.

We have seen with Win98 machines that we can enable/disable the banner option in the printer folder. But we do not have the option in the Win2K machine and have lost all hope trying to find the setting to disable this. Lost a ream of paper trying to figure this out....... Please help !!

1. Go into Control Panel
2. Double click on CSNW (Client Services for Netware)
3. Go down to Print Options and uncheck Print Banner.
