Bank rec. fiscal period question

This message came up during bank rec. "you cannot enter a reconciliation fiscal period that is earlier than the previous reconciliation fiscal period"

Trying to reconcile the bank statement period 11, 2004 but its giving above message. Please help

You have to use a database editor.

I know this is an old issue, but I am having the same problem with Bank Reconciliation. Can you recommend what what Database Editor to use to edit BKACCT
