banging my head (file browser help please!)

Hey all!
I am banging my head repeatedly about this, and god only knows I cannot afford to lose any more brain cells, so I am hoping SOMEONE can help -

My file browser in PS7 is stuck in the top left corner - I can drag it out so I can see about a 1/4 of the window and it will not drag out any further.
I am at my wits end trying to fix this as I have an order due that is taking 10 times as long to fill without the use of the browser.

If ANYONE has ANY suggestions, I would be VERY greatful!

In the Menu Bar:
Window>Workspace>Reset Palette Location

Thanks, but tried that to no avail - the thing just disappears entirely under the top toolbar then!

Try going to Edit>Preferences>General, and removing the check in the "Save Palette Locations" checkbox. Restart Photoshop, and it should return to its normal position in the well.

And if that doesn't work you can try resetting four preferences to how they were after first install.
