I assume you are talking about a 2B+D BRI ISDN line.<br>

You should be able to use one of the 64k B channels for voice at the same time you are using the other one for data. There will be no slowdown in the 64k data channel per se, but you might be using both 64k channels for data normally for 128k connection and have to drop to a single 64k for data when the voice call is initiated. In that sense data will move slower when a voice call is active, but the two B channels are digital and should each deliver 64k of bandwidth.<br>
