Hi,

Anyone know of any software that measures the bandwidth and gives me a little statistics? I want it to be easy to install and configure.

Regards

MRTG is good - runs on Unix and queries IOS - not sure if it can query PIX - anyone else know?

I take it ur talking about traffic thru ur PIX firewall as i think were in that forum. Try the PFM software thats should have come with it or can be downloaded from the Cisco site. It can provide basic network usage stats as well as extended stats thru excel. Needs to be installed on your inside network but works pretty well. MRTG IS a very good peice of software but a) has problems if ur using NT and b) u ahev to srite the scripts for it using PERL so maybe ur request for something 'easy to install' would make this unadvisable.

I think you need a CCO account to download it, however as its freeware i dont think i'll be shot at dawn if u email me and i'll send it to u (its only 2megs)
