Bakcups on s8700

Hi, i am trying to schedule backups on the local flash card

is there any documentation to find out how or anyone can tell me how?

also i want to check the space on my flash card and if its there any problem running the backup and how long takes

back up take 30 secs on the flash card. You do this bia the web browser on the top left. Select either backup now or schedule back up. Quite straight forward.not sure about the space but the flash card i think is 128mg and if you do a back up into a ftp folder as well, you should be able to know the file size from there.

I have a question about scheduling backups also. A while back I scheduled my backup for once a week. That was fine but, looking at the backup history, they never run. I can schedule my FTP to back with no problem. Has anyone had any issues scheduling a backup to the flash card?

Make sure you set your data sets to 2 or more.

Try to make an back up manually first make sure it works through the web page.

what is the different on the set data for 1 or 2??
