Bailing out of Call Pilot/User MB Greeting 1

hi All.

What, if any, is the escape to direct a call to the operator once a call has entered a user's mailbox greeting. In other words, the user's greeting would include something like "...and dial 00 to reach the operator".

Just pressing 0 should do it.
There are other parameters that can affect it though, such as operator availability, and the mbx target attendant settings.

You could set up a personal attendant if you need it to go to a PA rather than the switchboard.
