baffling question

Along with the thread "mouse wheel setup" now that I have installed win2000 Pro onto the new computer, I cannot get into hotmail, RBC financial or anything like that. I know that it has nothing to do with the hardware or anything because those are strictly internet driven websites. I tryed to get into the websites on another computer and they work, so I have no idea why the don't work in this computer. Internet works good there to though, as you can surf around.

Any suggestions would be appreciated,

Can you get to any websites? The only thing that comes to mind is I once ran into a problem where it was using 64-bit cipher strenth security and wouldn't let me into a few sites without 128-bit.

Yeah, I have no problem surfing around on other web sites, just those two that I have noticed so far.

. Date and time set correctly?
. Many secure sites require the ability to set a cookie, perhpas this is too high
. Internet Options, Advanced, all SSL levels enabled?
