Bad voice quality with MM722 BRI trunks

Hi,
We have two locations (one G430 and one G350) with MM722 BRI trunk modules. Calls that are going through this card, sometimes are of very bad quality (both sides can hear very loud sizzle). We tried to change MM722 board, also telephony provider changed their equipment with no success.
We even changed the whole gateway to G450. Does anyone experienced similar problems? What else should we check?
G350 firmware 30.27.1 with MM722AP HW04 FW008
G430 firmware 36.12.0 with MM722AP HW04 FW008
CM 6.3
