Bad resolution on report preview 1

I was running 7.0 from my computer, and have been recently upgraded to 8.5 over a Citrix server connection. Now my on-screen report preview is very low resolution and unreadable. I mainly use 7 point font on a 17" monitor at 1024 x 768. Yes it's a small font but it has been very readable. Now it's very choppy fonts. I suspect that maybe the server running Citrix is set to 640 x 480, and therefore Crystal is using lower resolution to generate the report.

Any help is appreciated!!!

In my experience with Citrix is that by default it is set to 640x480. It sounds like that is what is happening here. Try adjusting that and see what happens.
