BAD NDS ?!

hi!
someone knows on scrsaver the following error when i'm trying to login : UserIsConsoleOperator called NWDSGetEffectiveRights, error value : 254.
it has appeared on nds server and some others but not all.
I've all restarted, i haven't that message anymore but a replica (and a server too on the same replica) are in skulk with 625,622,698,254 error.
Synchronization ok.
Server NW6 SP2.
any idea?

To start with, disable the screen saver on you servers until you fix the problem with your tree.

Run a full NDS health check and ensure your tree is syncing properly.

ok thanks i've found my problem :
My UPS wants to down servers and it seems to have some conflicts...
