I have IPOffice's 406 V1 3.2(69) IP500 4.2 (20) IP500 5.0 (18) installed with XO communications dedicated PRI service. This XO product is not the flexIP.
The IPOffices are installed in the area code 509. Whenever a call is made within the area code 509 their is a loud veriable\dynamic (like in somedays/minutes are better than others) echo under these circumstances.
1. calls made on the XO PRI
2. calls made within the area code 509 either 7 or 11 digit dialing.
3. calls made from analog or digital phones on the IPOffice with volumes turned up
4. Calls made to other LEC's or CLEC's
NO Echo following circumstance
1. calls made on IP phones in IPOffice (things that have echo cancelation)
2. calls made to cell phones
3. calls made to toll free numbers
4. calls made from speaker phone
5. calls made to other XO customers
6. calls made outside of area code 509
is there anyone else experiencing this?
