Backups to LTO5 work via L&TT But fail within 30seconds using Arcserve

We have Arcserve 16.0 running on Win2008Server R2. Errors are usual SCSI Command Aborted and unable to Close Session.

Drive is a SAS interface LTO5. Works fine under LTT but fails almost immediately in Arcserve?

Hi...

Try to use the MS driver for your LTO in the device manager...
let me know whats the error message
