Backup Windows 2000 Server Local User's Account

I there anyway backup local user's account from one Windows 2000 member server and restore to a new Windows 2000 member server.

Will appreciate your help.

Thanks, but I am looking for transfering SAM/SECURITY DATABASE IN THE REGISTRY.

I want to backup local user's accounts from one Windows 2000 member server and restore to a new Windows 2000 member server. Is there anyway possibilities. I checked microsoft website, but unable to get correct answer.
