Backup up hardware/software

Hi

I work for a small (5 employees) company and we want to be able to backup our business critical data.

I have been browsing around but Im unsure as to which hardware to go for. I ideally want an IDE solution to avoid the extra cost of a SCSI card.

We need to backup upto 40gb, does anyone know what would be the best way to go regarding hardware and software?

If you are on a windows os:

It was well worth the $. I can back up a 80gigs in less than 15 minutes, and it can be configured as a scheduledtask. Hope this helps!
