Backup to Disk with BE 8.5

There has got to be a way to do this I just cant find it. I want to be able to backup to a hard disk storage unit I have. Does anyone know where I can specify this at. I have been told it can be done in 8.6 but I do not have authorization to upgrade right now. And I know it could be done it 4.5 so it has to be able to be done in 8.5 Any help would be greatly appreciated.

go to the Device Configuration Wizard from the Tools menu.
