I have a Maxtor Maxattach 4000. The program we use to back up currently is one we wrote ourselves. It is slow and cumbersome! Any ideas on a better program/method to backup?
Thanks!

thank you!!

You'll need backup s/w that supports the NDMP protocol. I don't Windows backup or Veritas backup exec does that. Bakbone's Netvault will do the job and, compared with some offerings, will save enough for that round-the-world trip.
