Backup SQL Cluster Problem Legato

I have a problem with backup of SQL, this server is a Cluster, the version Legato is 7.3.2

The error is this:
1 retry attempted
save: VSS Snapshot is disabled for F:\ and will not be used.save: RAP error: Unable to extract resource info for client jolman.domain.com.
save: Cannot open save session with backup

The backup fail, any idea? for this problem

I check /etc/hosts and the hostname is here, in VSS operation I colocated VSS:*=off, I restarting the clients of Networker in two machine but fail again, please can your here me

Hello,

this error "Unable to extract resource info for client" usually comes from incorrect alias. Check client resource for both nodes and cluster logical name.

Remove jolman.domain.com from the alias list, apply, and then add it back again.
