Backup solution need some help

Hello,

I am using backup exec 9.1 on Windows 2000 and using a tape robot with 6 slot for my tape. I have about 100 GB of data i need to backup. Presently im using incremental strategy but the problem i want to be able to choose on which slot the incremental will start like monday use tape #1 tuesday tape #2 etc.. till thursday. On friday i want the full backup to use a new set of tape from 1 to 6.

How is it possible to do such a configuration? I have been looking on veritas backup exec website and cannot find informations.

Just wondering if this would be a good way to proceed.

Create a job for full backup on friday using tape robot

I could partition the tape robot in 6 partitions and create also partitions for monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday.

create a job for monday using drive1
create a job for tuesday using drive2
create a job for wednesday using drive3
create a job for thursday using drive4

Would that work ?

I have about 8 GB of data on each incremental backup everyday.
