backup sbs 2003

Hi, I have a sbs 2003 server running in an non profit organisation, for backup I use ntbackup (the microsoft information store)
But i was wondering these is enough for an recovery if needed ?

You'll need the system state too.

must the system state be of the same date as the backup of the information store ?

No but given its size I always take them both together.

well i normaly run the system state backup when i create an user, information store i run weekly.
can i backup them together in one job ?

I'm sure you can and that I did but I don't have a 2003 SBS box any more to check.
