Backup Problem with Positioning 1

Hello all,

Running 5.1MP3 on many backups i've noticed the following:

I have 6 drives, and this job is using 2 drives (one for the library and one for vault).

The task bar at the bottome is full (Percent Complete) but still just positioned every 3-5 mintues.

I've been trying to work past this for a couple weeks now.. any help would be awsome.
