Hi, Can anyone tell me, if I can export the entire configuration of my pbx to my pc. Thanks for any help.

list config all
Will give you the hardware and software of the switch.
If you need all the info about stations ect. you will have to do lists for stations, coverage paths, trunks, etc.
Unles something has changed in newer releases you have to do each one.

Thanks for the help. Thats what I have been doing but was hoping there was a quicker and more complete solution.

I use ASA to do mine. It is nice to convert it into a excel spreadsheet and I can also schedule it to be done after hours. If you find any mistakes, please consider that they are there for a purpose. And everyone needs a purpose.
Hope this helps, Mikey.

Thanks to everyone. I will look further into ASA & UTILCALL.
Thanks again.

We bought CallFlow Extact for our company. Here is a summary of what it can do, excellent product:
Call Flow Extract from Utilcall is a very useful utility program for any Definity PBX administrator. It is especially useful for those with multiple PBX’s that have a lot of changes made to them on a regular basis. Call Flow Extract will pull all Vectors and VDNs from the switch and put the info into HTML format or text file. In addition to Vectors and VDN’s it can also pull Hunt Groups, Announcements, Agent Ids, CORs and Vector events
