I have a 9.0.1 Linux apps server running VM Pro/One-x. I'm using the VM Pro client to attempt a backup to an FTP server, that's on the local subnet. Once I hit "Backup Now", it seems nothing happens. After 5 minutes or so, a directory is created by the VM Pro in the FTP's directory, but it never puts any files in there.

I'm backing up the machine, to migrate to another machine (hardware issues).

Any ideas? Any alternative way to backup all the data and dump on a new box without a ton of rebuilding everything?

Thanks in advance!

Whenever I backup voicemail pro I just manually 'Export Call flows' within the VM pro client and to get all the messages and greetings I copy the; wavs, greetings, accounts, and I think theres one more but I forget. You must export the call flows to keep all the programming intact as a config save will not be enough.
