Backup Of SNAP Servers

In a Netware 6.0 Environment, using BackupExec 9.0, is there a way to backup a SNAP server used strictly for storage?

don't think they are supported - check the software matrix, on teh veritas website.

I know you cant do it with the windows version, so the netware version is probably the same.

You can back up a snap server. I have w2k server and buexec 8.6. All I did was select the snap server from the backup list. I've restored successfully too. I guess the only problem would be if you had open files at the same time. I just keep an archive and software on the snap server.

Thanks - but I am looking for a way to backup the SNAP from the Novell server using Ver. 9.0
