Backup Netscape mail

Hello,
I'm about to reformat a hard drive and reinstall Win XP, but I need to save all the email messages.
I'm using Netscape Communicator 4.76 but will be upgrading after the reformat.
How do I restore my original email inbox and saved folders?

Save the Users Folder. It is located in Program Files - Netscape. You do need to save the Communicator Folder.

Your email, address book and bookmarks will all be in the user folder.

I finally found the files in the following directory,

C:\Documents and Settings\stealer\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\default\w1t9quvs.slt
