XP homepage says to Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click Backup.

Well, Backup is not there. What am I doing wrong? Why can't I find the backup utility. I tried Search, but it finds noting. I'd appreciate any help.

Browse the folders on your XP CD you will find it there. You have to install NTBackup yourself in Home.

Load your XP Cd and Select Perform Additional Tasks, then select Browse This CD. Go to ValueAdd/ MSFT/ NT Backup.

BTW; be sure to install it in the area you backup to, not from.

Thanks linney. Who would have thought?
bullhlms - I'm dense. Fill me in, please.

If information on the logical drive is lost, you want to have the backup restore on another logical drive i.e. If data on C: is lost, but your data backup is on D: you need to have the backup restore program there too.
