backup fails

Our backups are failing in verification.

1. Directory not found while the directory is in the selection list.
2. Corrupt files. and this file cannot verifyWe do have open file option used.

Open file option is buggy..You could configure the backup not to verify...then catalog the tape and try and restore some of the files that it was saying were corrupt...

Thankyou.what is about directory not found. I could backup the directory by itself. Is there any limit on # of sub directories.......................????????
