Backup failed 1

I am using backup exec 8.5 ,i am runnig daily backups every night.backup complete but job status mentioned as failed.any comments

Hi Chanakasri,

Check the log file carefully for any files marked "This is a corrupt file and cannot be verified". These are usually protected "key" files that are in a non-standard format (Providex keys come to mind) and ARE backed up but cause the fail message. You CAN ignore it or do as we did and exclude these special files.
