On a Partner ACS R6 Mail VS4 setup, there is always an error message on the extension 10 phone that states "backup failed IC". Any idea on what this means?
Someone attempted a backup without a backupcard(manual or auto).
Go to ext 10 or 11 with a display phone, then
1. feature 0 0
2. left intercom
3. left intercom
4. #1233 for R6 or #1234 for R7
5. feature 0 0
And, if you don't have a backup card, AND you have auto backup set to the card, either get a card, turn the auto back off, or set it to Internal if it's an R7. Otherwise, you'll see the same message next month.
