Hi Guys,

Does anybody know what tape format Backup Exec natively uses? It lists all the restorable tape formats on the veritas website but i cannot find what format Backup Exec uses to write to tapes.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, that should be MTF - microsoft tape format - the m used to stand for something else, but MS paid for it, and thats what it is called now.
