Backup Exec Requesting Media during backup??

Morning\Afternoon\Evening All,

Have 4 LTO3's backuping up almost 1TB a night....
Depening on the night the tapes seem to fail anywhere between 50GB to 250GB...

Any ideas?
First impressions was the date of the media..

Further more, this is the error on the drives that fail...

Drive and media mount requested: 18/10/2007 21:38:42
Media mount failed.

You job is probably set to append/overwrite and the media is overwrite protected by the media set so it going to append first and fill up the tape then ask for another. If you cancel it or times out the error is what you have listed above
