Backup Exec Option File option

We did a Service Pack 5 update on our Netware Servers. We are running Netware 5.1. We are also using Backup Exec 8.5 Rev.4106 with Open File Options . Since we have updated the servers the backups are not recognizing the Open file options. We get a message that says, "The open file option could not find the vital volume for the mount. Backup Exec will attempt to perform the back up without the open file option and use your normal backup option settings." The open file option is turned on. What I have notice if I exit out of the backups and type bestop and bestart we get normal backups, but if I don't do that we get errors. What I haven't tried is to reinstall the open file option. I don't know if that would resolve the problem. Can you please help me in the matter. Thanks

Is there 10% free space on Volumes for creating static file for OFA??
