Backup Exec error log

Hi Guys,

I am receiving this error in our backups. Can someone please decipher this message

The (presumably) remote server you're trying to back up is not responding at all. Has it ever backed up? Because the most likely cause is that it doesn't have remote agent on it or remote agent is stopped. Alternatively, does your BE server userid have authority to access the server?
