Backup Exec and NDS using Novell Storage Management Services

Hello, Everyday when I backup a tape, I keep getting this error message:
"The item was not found.
^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^
Unable to attach to SYDNW51.Novell Directory/SDTS/.[Root]:.
^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^"
I really want to know how to fix this so it doesnt happen again. I dont know if its a security issue or the network connection is timing. Please HELP !!!!

The error I've encountered is "unable to locate source path or file specification ....server.novell directory/tree/.[root].\*.* the device may not be available at this time, or support for this device may be disabled.

Data Backup up for all volumes has been succesfull, the directory backup has the problem. I've recreated the jobs with another admin user account and they ran okay for about a month, now the same problem has resurfaced. I've explicitly given admin and BE rights to the root, testing tonight.

Is this the same error that you have?
