Backup Exec and Exchange Inbox ERROR

I have SBS 2003 all updated. BU exec 9.1 rev4691

I have been getting this error when backing up one inbox e-mail.

Final error: 0xa0008488 - Access is denied.

The client has removed the e-mail from both this inbox and deleted items...yet we still get this error.

Any thoughts?

Actually I am getting the same error at one of my clients. I have not found a soultion as yet but if anyone can help that would be great.

Make sure you have the correct permissions to have BE login for the backup.
