Backup Exec (10d) & Novell

I sometimes have jobs that hang on a Novell server and lock up multiple jobs after. With this problem I have a few questions:

1) Is there a way to see what file my Novell server keeps abending on/when?

2) I have these jobs auto-cancel after x amount of hours but I came in and was 3x the allotted time. Why won't the job 'let go' and stop?

Novell has 2 OS's, Netware and SuSE linux. I assume you mean Netware...

Is the Netware server also the media server, or is it a remote? What version of Netware? SP?

In the BE job, set the log detail to max and it will report every file it touches. This should let you know where the job is failing.
