Here is the scenario, I currently have my Windows 2000 Root Server running on old hardware and I want to move its rolls to newly purchased hardware.

Does anyone have any information on the best course of action to move all the rolls on the root (first windows 2000 server) functions to another server?

Things that I am aware that need to be moved to that new machine would be:
1. Active Directory
2. DHCP
3. DNS
4. WINS
5. Global Catalog?
6. Licensing Server??

Is there any white pages/how to guides for this or any other Windows 2000 server items that I should be concerned with before I embark down this trail?

ANY Information/Links/Horror stories would greatly be appreciated.

Correction Windows 2000 Advance Server is what I am running.
