Backup Contact Store 2

I have see all the post about that. I have try the procedure in the setup guide to make the backup of the database contact store.
When i try to try i receive this error fatal :

Someone have an idea to fix this problem and make the backup correctly

Right Click, copy the folder.
Paste.

Witch folder ? Witness or just bin ?

Someone else can confirm that ?

I have try to copy all the folder.. The credential is good, the administrator configuration is good but when i try to make a research, he find nothing.

Open the application on port :888. Log in as administrator. Find where the software is putting the recordings.
Browse to the path and copy the recordings.

My folder is D:\Call (All the old record are there)

In administrator the path is (D:\Call)

Ok my path was bad, the new server is e:\Call

So i have made the modification on the contact store. I can find old old call in 2014... but all the call in the other folder are not find.

I have this message in the advice :

(French) 7578 enregistrements jusquà 890001000020161 compris nont pas été sauvegardés dans la base de données lors du dernier arrêt.

Translate

7578 record until 890001000020161 include were not saved in the database at the last stop.

Someone have a idea ?

Ok i do it again and that work fine

There the step i have to do for information

Uninstall contact store in the new server
delete folder Witness
Install contact store
Stop contact store service
Stop postreg sql service for contact store
copy old Witness folder in replacement of new
restart both service
The end !
