Backup Agent Error -- (305) "Exchange Server Error.

I'm recieving the below error backing up Exchange 5.5 on ArcServe 2000 Advanced. ArcServe tells me to check the exchange agent activity log and it just gives me the same error below. Yesterday, the job crashed and the error from the log is on the bottom. Anyone have any idea. Obviously they're related.

E8602 Failed to read from database. (DBNAME=Information Store, EC=Backup Agent Error -- (305) "Exchange Server Error. HrBackupOpenFile failed. Check Backup Agent Activity Log".)

Problem resolved, ArcServe couldn't connect to the information store since the volume the information store was on was completely out of space.

Hi,
I am getting the same error on ASit661 with Exchange agent, after applying SP6a to NT4 and SP4 to Exchg5.5 (it was working fine before the Spacks were applied!)
I am able to back up brick level but not IS/DS databases. I don't think the drive is anywhere near full.
Now have also have SP2a on ASit661.

Any ideas?
