Backing up users Inbox . . . Suggestions?

Is there a 3rd party util that you recommend that will backup a users inbox (mail, contacts etc.,) that is easy to use, fast and user friendly.

The import/export that is shipped with outlook 2K stinks. I would like the users to start backing up some of there messages.

Any responses would be appreciated.

Why not use the auto archive in OutLook 2K? Simple to use and does not require user intervention. We archive each user to a server to provide a means of recovery.
