Backing Up Opensever Users

I am running SCO Openserver 5.0.x

Does any one know which files I should backup so that I can restore users on my spare server should the main one go down. I have looked on the SCO web site and have not been able to find anyone. Also, is there a way of of getting multiple Openserver systems to share a user database to avoid having to create multiple users ?

SCO has a utility to move users to another system, can also be used to save your users.
